What To Expect

Highlights
Our sandboarding experience is filled with exciting activities and makes a great way to experience the incredible Atlantis Dunes in this landmark nature reserve in Cape Town. Activities also feature educational information about the sand dunes, the aquifer, the critically endangered species of flora found in the Cape Floristic Region as well as the various fauna found at the reserve.
- An initial meet and greet upon arrival at the reserve.
- Compliance with Covid protocols, orientation and safety talk.
- The tour begins and we start disseminating the educational information at various mini stop overs.
- We take a short drive in a Land Rover Discovery 4x4 to a secluded location within the dunes which on foot is not usually reachable
- After an hour on the sandboards, we drive back to the parking area in a 4x4 Land Rover, where the experience ends.
