Our tours depart on the hour mark. Non-private tours do not wait for late arrivals (similar to a train 😉). If you miss your tour we will try to add you to the next available group (subject to availability) at a different time or you will get the remaining time of the tour you initially selected or we will add you to the next available date which triggers a R500 rebooking fee. It is solely at our discretion which of these three options will be declared as it depends on escort, guide and ticket availability on the day.
