I understand that the Breathless Nomad (Pty) Ltd and/or its representative(s), tour-guide(s) and agent(s) will do everything in their power to ensure that the tour is safe and that I am not exposed to any unreasonable or foreseen risk. However, and notwithstanding the best efforts of Breathless Nomad (Pty) Ltd and/or its representative(s), tour-guide(s) and agent(s), I accept and assume all the risks of participating in the tour. Further, I (and my heirs, executors and/or administrators) fully and finally release Breathless Nomad (Pty) Ltd, its investors, servants, employees, agents and/or contractors from any and/or all responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to any of my property, or any injury or death to me arising in any manner whatsoever (including by way of negligence of any other person or entity) out of my participation in the Tour.
